Additionally the community will have on-site laundry facilities, rooftop terrace and ample bike storage. Our smart design was considered in every detail from our included furniture package with under bed stackable dresser to the layout of the kitchenette with built in desk and the large windows and ample natural light. All utilities, including internet, are included so you can focus your time and money on what matters to you. Live more and stress less.

Join our vibrant co-living community in Asheville. Each floor features a shared community kitchen and lounge for your convenience and to provide opportunities to meet and connect with your neighbors. Our rooftop entertainment deck invites you to lounge and grill while overlooking the city of Asheville and enjoying the sun setting behind the Blue Ridge Mountains with your friends and neighbors. Thoughtful Amenities.
Your new home features an array of amenities curated for your personal living experience. In addition to full kitchens, each floor includes a laundry facility near your suite. On site we included ample bike storage, package lockers and private storage closets. Each lounge will include a 65” Smart TV inclusive of Netflix and Hulu. And powerful Wi-fi is available throughout the building. On-site parking is not included but is conveniently available, at a cost, off-site in the many surface and structured parking lots nearby in downtown Asheville.
